I cannot get the new unit to work with the heating. Hot water is ok but although the display shows it is calling for heat the boiler never fires up when room temperature drops below the thermostat temperature. My wiring for old TP9000 is attached and I thought it would a simple matter to connect Live & Neutral with the old no3 terminal (grey wire ) being wired to NO2 on TPOne and old no4 terminal (black wire) being wired to NO1 on TPOne.
